Refund policy

1.CANCELLATION
The cancellation will only be initiated once we receive a request via email within one hour of the order being placed.
Note- Prepaid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation.
2. RETURNS
Returns are applicable only under the following circumstances -

If you receive a product which is damaged or may have been damaged in transit, you need to notify us via email within 24hours of receipt of the order. Please attach a video proof of the unboxing of the product ordered, for us to process the application of return.
If you by any chance receive a product that is different from what you had ordered, you need to notify us via email within 24hours of receipt of your order with a photo proof.
To be eligible for return your item must be in unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken, or the product has been used or tampered with.
